Reserve a Room

The Harold Ficke Conference Room is a private space equipped with a large table that comfortably seats up to 13 people.

The room features a Smart Board for presentations or brainstorming sessions and has a wall outlet for charging devices. It’s an ideal setting for meetings, study groups, and small discussions.

Reservations are limited to one session per day of up to two hours, limited to five sessions per week. Please read the Meeting Room Policy before placing a reservation.

Please make sure to check your email after scheduling your reservation to confirm your time and after you confirm for your check-in code and link. You must confirm your time and check-in when you arrive for your reservation or it will be cancelled.
