Room reservations

The Harold Ficke Conference Room is a private space equipped with a large table that comfortably seats up to 13 people. The room features a whiteboard for presentations or brainstorming sessions and has a wall outlet for charging devices. It’s an ideal setting for meetings, study groups, and small discussions.

Reservations are limited to one session per day of up to two hours, limited to five sessions per week. Please read the Meeting Room Policy before placing a reservation.
