Our partnership with Age Friendly Leonia
The Leonia Public Library is proud to join the Age Friendly Committee in fostering an inclusive, welcoming community for residents of all ages, with special attention to the needs of older adults. Through the Age Friendly Leonia initiative, we work to enhance quality of life for seniors by expanding access to library and digital resources, offering programs that encourage learning and creativity, and providing opportunities for social interaction and lifelong engagement.
New Jersey has passed new tax relief measures for older adults, combining several programs into one simplified application form.
The filing deadline for 2024 is October, so don’t miss out. Copies of the form and information will be available at the Library for your convenience.
